Rowing Services LLC offers three different Program Development Plans:

Program Development Plan A ($999)

bulletScholastic or Collegiate
bulletProfessional Coaching Assistance to take
a step forward with your entire rowing program
bulletIntensive three-day program:
bulletOn the water training
bulletLand and erg workout instruction
bulletCoaching staff development
bulletRigging
bulletAthlete lecture on crew in the college admissions process
bulletNational team information
bulletMultiple workouts with one or a variety of crews

                   Note: Three-day program available Thursday-Friday and Sunday
                              or  Friday-Saturday and Sunday

 

Program Development Plan B ($899)

bulletScholastic or Collegiate
bulletProfessional Coaching Assistance to monitor a program/crew over a five-week period
bulletAvailable five consecutive Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays
bulletUp to four hours per session
bulletTraining program can be monitored over length of program

 

Program Development Plan C (fee by arrangement)

bulletDiscuss a customized program for your individual crew, school or club
